These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lucky55game ("lucky55game", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the lucky55game website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to live casino games, jackpot slots, sports betting, cockfighting, and any other entertainment products made available through the lucky55game platform.

By registering a lucky55game account, by logging in to an existing account, or by placing any wager on any product on the lucky55game platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the lucky55game platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing lucky55game from Pakistan and internationally. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register a lucky55game account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lucky55game strictly prohibits access by minors. This is an absolute and non-waivable requirement.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity — acting on your own behalf.
• You must register using your own true and accurate identity, including your legal full name, Pakistani CNIC number, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of lucky55game, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been banned or self-excluded from lucky55game or from any other gaming platform operating under a related brand.

Each person may hold only one lucky55game account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, identified through shared CNIC data, shared payment methods, shared device fingerprints, or shared IP addresses, will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts and associated funds are subject to suspension pending investigation and possible permanent closure at lucky55game's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky55game login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lucky55game will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.

lucky55game requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal from a player account. KYC verification for Pakistan players requires submission of the following documents:

• Identity document: A clear photograph of both sides of your National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• Proof of payment method: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• Additional documents: lucky55game reserves the right to request further documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes, including source of funds statements for large PKR transactions.

All KYC documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with lucky55game's Privacy Policy. You agree to promptly provide any requested verification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of your account's withdrawal functionality.

lucky55game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, MCB Internet Banking, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR for standard wallet methods. Deposits made via bank transfer may be subject to the sending bank's own minimum transfer limits.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the depositing player's own name. lucky55game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned to the original source and the deposit will not be credited to the lucky55game account.

lucky55game does not charge any deposit processing fees on standard PKR payment methods. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to the lucky55game account in real time upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers via Raast are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Standard interbank transfers may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.

Withdrawals from lucky55game accounts are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC verification having been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of approval during active hours. Raast transfers complete within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank accounts typically complete within 1–3 hours on business days.

lucky55game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal channels for Pakistan players. However, a player's receiving bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which lucky55game accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals of amounts greater than 500,000 PKR per single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including source of funds verification, which may extend processing time by up to 24–48 hours. lucky55game reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple transactions processed over consecutive business days.

lucky55game offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistan players including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of claim:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Bonus eligibility is determined by lucky55game at its sole discretion and may be subject to account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms.
• lucky55game sets a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. This cap will be expressed in PKR and displayed at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated validity period and if wagering requirements are not met within the stated completion window. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• lucky55game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already validly claimed and in active use.

Any player found to be abusing the lucky55game bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, collusion with other players to claim referral bonuses, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — will have all bonus funds voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

All gaming products offered on the lucky55game platform — including live casino games, RNG table games, jackpot slots, sports betting markets, cockfighting, and arcade games — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface and available upon request from the lucky55game support team.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, ICC for international matches, the relevant football association for football fixtures). In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after wagering has commenced, lucky55game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Specific rules governing partial results, dead heats, and special markets are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

For cockfighting, all bets are settled based on the official fight result announced by the arena operator. BDD (Both Die/Draw) outcomes are settled according to the rules stated in the cockfighting betting section. lucky55game is not responsible for any technical interruption to a cockfighting stream that occurs after a wager has been accepted and confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky55game platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, and withholding of any withdrawals pending investigation:

• Registering or operating more than one account on lucky55game.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with lucky55game games, markets, or the platform itself.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing wager information on live casino games, agreeing outcomes in poker, or coordinating cockfighting bets through external communication channels.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or unknown platform error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's balance.
• Using the lucky55game platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account under a different identity or using a family member's account during an active self-exclusion period.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players, including harassment of live dealers or other users through the live chat function.

lucky55game takes responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible from the Account Settings panel after lucky55game login without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, which take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

All content on the lucky55game platform — including but not limited to the lucky55game brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of lucky55game or its respective third-party licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lucky55game platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lucky55game content without prior written authorisation from lucky55game.

Game content and software are the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming) and remain their exclusive property. Use of any game on the lucky55game platform does not grant you any rights in that game's underlying software or design.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky55game's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lucky55game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the lucky55game platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

lucky55game does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lucky55game uses commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

Gambling involves financial risk. lucky55game is an entertainment platform. The platform does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gaming activity on the platform. Please gamble responsibly within your means.

lucky55game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via email to the registered address on file and/or via a platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the lucky55game platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your lucky55game account at any time by contacting our English support team. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements from active bonuses have been met.

lucky55game may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or any conduct that the platform determines is harmful to its integrity or to other players. In cases of termination for cause, lucky55game reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal complaint through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky55game is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

In the first instance, all complaints and disputes must be submitted to the lucky55game customer support team in writing via the support email address or live chat, with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. lucky55game commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process within 28 days of a formal complaint being lodged, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant external dispute resolution body as directed by lucky55game's support team. lucky55game commits to fully cooperating with any such escalation process in good faith.
